This mixer is GREAT! A paint mixing drill attachment is unlikely to be one of your most exciting hardware purchases, but my feeling is that you might as well put some consideration into the small items as well as the big ones. I recently needed to spend a few bucks more in order to qualify for an Amazon pricing promotion and I decided to give this mixer a try. It's large surface area enables it to create a larger vortex in the paint, allowing you to mix the entire container faster. I highly recommend this product.

A crucial tip: before you use this or any mixer, make sure you have a pail of water, preferably hot, nearby. After you're done mixing, shake the mixer off and then operate it in the water to rinse it off. This is about a hundred times easier than trying to clean off the mixer after the paint has started to dry on it.
